  • 12 count Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the coconut milk, low sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground cumin, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and peanut oil.
