  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 250 grams Plain yogurt, low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 pieces Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 pieces Red onion, sliced
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat pita breads

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, black pepper, dried oregano, and chili flakes.
