  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 pieces Skewers (metal or bamboo, if bamboo soak in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, ground coriander, ground cumin, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and onion powder.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well ensuring the beef is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor infusion.

Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (390°F).
