Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) Halibut fillets
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh dill
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Rinse the halibut fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, chopped parsley, chopped dill, ground black pepper, and paprika.

Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
