Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans Canned albacore tuna, no salt added
  • 0.5 cup Low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Open the cans of albacore tuna and drain the water. Transfer the tuna to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the low-fat Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard to the bowl with the tuna. Mix until the tuna is well coated.

Step 3

Add the diced celery, chopped red onion, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the tuna mixture. Stir to combine.
