  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons paprika (for garnish, optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the drained and rinsed white beans, lemon juice, olive oil, water, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the food processor with a spatula.
