Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Low-fat mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion. Set aside.
