Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 5-ounce cans Canned tuna in water, drained
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt (non-fat, plain)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 pieces Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 spray Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly spray both sides of each corn tortilla with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
