Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all produce. Halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and dice the cucumber into small cubes, and thinly slice the red onion into half-moon shapes.
