  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 spritz Olive oil spray
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
