Ingredients

  • 6 cups (chopped) Romaine lettuce

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Capers
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)
  • 2 slices (cubed) Whole grain bread (for croutons)
  • 1 spray (for croutons) Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for the croutons.
