Ingredients

  • 4 cups Unsweetened air-popped popcorn
  • 0.5 cup Raw almonds
  • 0.5 cup Raw cashews
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries (unsweetened or low sugar)
  • 0.5 cup Dried mango, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil (melted)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the popcorn, almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Drizzle the spiced syrup mixture over the popcorn and nut mixture. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
