Ingredients

  • 8 oz Whole wheat noodles
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

  • 3 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the whole wheat noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
