Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (for spraying, as needed) Olive oil cooking spray
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
