Ingredients

  • 400 grams okra
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the okra. Slice off both ends and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomato. Set them aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent.
