  • 2 pieces Green chili
  • 10 leaves Curry leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 spray Cooking spray
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder

Directions

Step 1

Wash the snake gourd thoroughly and peel off the outer skin using a vegetable peeler.

Cut the snake gourd into halves lengthwise, remove the seeds, and chop into thin slices.

Finely chop the onion and slit the green chilies lengthwise.

Step 4

In a large non-stick pan, spray a light coat of cooking spray and heat it over medium flame.
