Directions

Step 1

Trim any visible fat from the sirloin steak and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Slice the onion into thin rings and clean and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
