Finely chop the onion and green chili. Also, chop the coriander leaves finely.
In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, carom seeds, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
Add low-fat yogurt to the bowl and mix it into the dry ingredients.
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a soft but firm dough. Add the water a little at a time to avoid making the dough too sticky.
Once the dough is ready, divide it into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
