  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 100 g Low-fat cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Peel and roughly chop the red onion.

Step 4

Peel the garlic cloves.

On a baking sheet, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
