  • 250 milliliters Low sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and garlic to the pot, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
