  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 2 medium Carrots, sliced
  • 100 grams Snap peas
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 15 milliliters Sesame oil
  • 15 milliliters Rice vinegar
  • 60 milliliters Water
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef steak thinly against the grain into strips about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Add the beef strips to the bowl, mixing well to coat. Let the beef marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 5 milliliters of sesame oil and allow it to heat.
