Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roughly chop the spinach and place it in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
Transfer the cooked spinach to a colander and press it with a spoon to remove excess moisture.
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, crumbled feta, and ricotta cheese. Mix until well combined.
