Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 200 grams Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 grams Scallops
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100 grams Snow peas
  • 100 grams Baby corn, halved
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 Green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the scallops are nicely browned.
