  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Place the chopped vegetables and cherry tomatoes into a large mixing bowl.
