  • 50 grams Whole wheat bread crumbs

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Tomato slices

Directions

Step 1

Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the green onions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground pork, egg white, and whole wheat bread crumbs.
