Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the low-fat Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and stir until a dough starts to form. Gradually add the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, and knead until the dough is smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
