  • 200 grams Boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.25 medium Red onion

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken breast. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and cover it with plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breast to an even thickness of about 1 cm.

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
