  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions

Directions

Step 1

Slice the lean beef into thin strips, trimming off any visible fat.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the onion and red bell pepper. Cut the carrots into thin slices and the green onions into thin rounds.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water until smooth, then set aside.
