  • 100 grams low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a standard loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
