Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under cold running water.

Slice the bell peppers into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide.

Cut the zucchini into half-moon slices, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Peel and julienne the carrot into matchstick-sized pieces.
