Ingredients

  • 1 Whole grain English muffin
  • 1 patty Lean turkey sausage patty
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 slice Reduced-fat cheddar cheese slice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray it lightly with cooking spray.

Place the lean turkey sausage patty in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
