  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 unit Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Miniature marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract together.

Step 5

Add the unsweetened applesauce and brown sugar to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined.

Step 6

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Step 7

Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Step 8

Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Step 9

Flatten the tops of the cookies slightly as they will not spread much during baking.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden.

Step 11

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 12

Store the cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
