  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then cut it into 2 cm cubes.
