Begin by boiling 1.5 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the salt to it.
Slowly add the rice flour into the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Once all the flour is added, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down slightly until it's comfortable to handle with your hands.
Grease your hands lightly with the oil. Knead the warm rice dough gently until it becomes smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
