  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon optional: hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons optional: fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and kosher salt.

Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
