Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly until smooth.

Add the unsweetened applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until well combined.
