Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Green peas
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0.25 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 to taste Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg white
  • 0 as needed Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Peel and boil the potatoes in a pot of water until soft and tender. Drain the water and let potatoes cool slightly.

Step 2

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and blanch the green peas for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Finely grate the carrot and chop the onion, coriander leaves, and green chili.
