Ingredients

  • 200 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 120 milliliters Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 grams Tomato sauce
  • 100 grams Low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 piece Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100 grams Mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.25 piece Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, instant yeast, and salt.

Step 2

Add warm water and one tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Lightly oil a bowl with the remaining olive oil, place the dough in it, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
