  • 4 Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the low-fat pesto. In a food processor, add fresh basil leaves, baby spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
