  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 liters water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 2 liters of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

Add the penne pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 10-12 minutes.
