Ingredients

  • 250 grams Low-fat paneer
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Capsicum

  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the low-fat paneer into small cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, and roughly chop the tomatoes and capsicum.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and allow them to splutter.

Step 5

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
