  • 100 grams Besan (Gram Flour)
  • 20 grams Rice Flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.75 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 120 milliliters Water
  • 5 sprays Olive Oil Spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the paneer into bite-size cubes.

In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, baking powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and chopped coriander leaves.
