  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth or water
  • 0.5 whole lemon Lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
