Ingredients

  • 500 grams Lean ground mutton
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch, minced Ginger
  • 2 finely chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon, finely chopped Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground mutton with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger.

Add the chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves to the mixture.

Step 3

Stir in garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Sprinkle in the besan (gram flour) and mix well to help bind the mixture.
