Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat flatbread
  • 0 Olive oil cooking spray
  • 250 grams Cremini mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 100 grams Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice them thinly. Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Peel and thinly slice the red onion.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.

Add the sliced mushrooms and onions to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the onions are tender and the mushrooms have released their moisture.
