  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cups Molasses
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt. Set aside.
