Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper

  • 150 grams Mixed salad greens

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
