Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 12 mini corn tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup, quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup, shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup, chopped cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges lime
  • None olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, spray a small amount of olive oil spray and heat over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
