Ingredients

  • 300 grams Lean turkey sausage
  • 1 sheet Light puff pastry
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 30 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the lean turkey sausage, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly integrated.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the light puff pastry sheet until it is approximately 3mm thick.

Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard evenly over the entire surface of the pastry.
