Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Whole grain mini sandwich rolls
  • 120 grams Low-fat cream cheese
  • 150 grams Lean turkey breast slices
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 60 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and red bell pepper into small strips.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the low-fat cream cheese with the salt and black pepper until well combined.

Step 3

Slice the whole grain mini sandwich rolls in half horizontally.

Step 4

Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on the cut side of each roll half.
